We're here to help you during this time of change. While we LOVE antiques and it's also in the business name, please don't be fooled... it's not JUST antiques that we deal with, we sell EVERYTHING... furniture, high-end jewelry and art, coins, even vehicles.

Our professional and experienced team recognizes that each client has distinct needs; we're happy to have a conversation and then meet with you to determine the scope of your unique position and present a plan of action that will best suit your needs. We have solutions for properties that can't accommodate holding an Estate Sale at the location yet still need to be cleared out, and even ones that need to be cleared out A.S.A.P.

What we do:

Reclaimed Antiques will handle your Estate Sale items with the utmost care and discretion. We will organize your items, determine and set their selling prices based on fair market value and liquidation pricing, and then display and tag them. We arrange for appropriate advertising for your sale utilizing various forms of media such as photos, graphics, internet sale listings, online advertisements, social media posts, thru our extensive mailing list of clients, our high-traffic website, printed flyers and in person at BOTH of our store locations. We will also create and place directional signs in the vicinity of the sale while it is going on.

We are different from other Estate Sale companies because we research the value of every item prior to the commencement of the sale and we make every attempt to maximize your proceeds by pulling items from the sale that we feel would likely sell for a higher price in other avenues, i.e.: at an auction house (we are currently contracted with Clar's Auction Gallery), on eBay, or at one of our two locations, the Reclaimed Antiques Mall or Reclaimed Furniture & Consignment. What costs are involved?

We are pleased to offer ZERO up-front expenses to you. We work on a percentage of the total sales and our fees are deducted afterwards from the money collected from your Estate Sale. We would like to point out that our experience, extensive network of buyers, plus our market insights and the services we provide yield a much, MUCH larger overall profit than most people would be able to accomplish on their own. Plus... we make the experience as STRESS-FREE as possible... and that's priceless!

Location Clear Out

Yes, we also do clear outs! Even after a successful Estate Sale there is always a number of items left over for various reasons and if they need to be removed we are able to fully clear out the property if needed, either leaving them "broom clean" or we can also bring in professional house cleaners, even carpet cleaners if necessary.
