We're seeking to fill various part-time cashiers/floor sales positions. 

Compensation: pay range depends on experience & level of responsibilities

Employment type: part-time/may be able to guarantee up to 20hrs/wk.

Job title: Part-time Cashier/Floor Sales (and possibly Estate Sales)

Reclaimed Antiques is Sonoma's largest antique collective, consignment and vintage marketplace.  We also conduct about two off-site Estate Sales every month at different locations throughout Sonoma Valley and beyond.  Both Reclaimed shops are located off the plaza on 8th St. E. in the beautiful city of Sonoma.  We're a favorite destination for serious collectors, industry professionals and casual shoppers alike.

We're looking for versatile Part-Time Cashiers/Floor Sales People to join our fantastic team.  People who have a desire to learn more about the industry and want to continue to grow with us are encouraged to apply.  Reclaimed is a fun, friendly, retail environment - come join the Reclaimed Team!

Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following (or are eager to learn):

- Familiarity with retail transactions and the highest-quality customer service principles

- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced retail environment

- Ability to move heavy items, climb ladders, and be on your a feet a majority of the time

- Good math skills; ability to quickly perform sales transactions & problem solve

- Be creative, customer service oriented & maintain a sunny disposition

- Self-starter, trustworthy, honest, patient, and good communication skills

- Leadership, dependability and organizational skills are a must

- Team-player who will jump in to help wherever, whenever needed

- Ability to work weekends is a must with additional hours during the week

Desirable Experience:

- Retail experience as a Cashier; experience working with Point of Sale (POS) system

- Merchandising/visual display experience

- Working knowledge and/or appreciation of antique/vintage items

- Research skills (we're happy to teach) and a desire to learn more about vintage/antique items

Responsibilities:

- Work behind the cash register and/or on sales floor, as needed

- Answer phone calls, text messages and customer inquiries

- Assist customers/dealers with accessing merchandise and/or moving furniture

- Dust/clean shop and merchandise as needed

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business owner, dealers, staff members, and customers

Shop Hours:

7 days a week

Mon.-Sat. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Sun. 11 a.m. - 4  p.m.

Estate Sale hours for prep and clear-out vary but the actual Estate Sales are usually held weekends 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
